Bad and roudery experience
They were arguing so loudly that my baby became frightened and said to me Mama,let's go to the room ,I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed because this was happening in front of my family and other guests.after our previous experience,I had already told my husband that we should not stay at there again ,as our earlier visit was not satisfactory .during breakfast ,while I was holding my baby ,I requested a staff member ,who appeared to be the head waiter and had,, REHMAN,,written on his name tag)to change my serving .instead of assisting politely ,he respond in a very unprofessional manner and told me to do ,,self service,,and go get it myself.this behaviour was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially from a reputed hotel brand .I felt disrespected as a guest , particularly while managing a baby .I strongly believed that the management should seriously focus on staff behaviour

Bad dinning experience
First no waiter come to our table for almost half an hour.after we informed the receptionist ,a waiter finally came and said ,there was too much orders ,so I was busy .this not the level of service was expected a 3 star hotel .
After waiting for about another hour,our food was served .the presentation was very poor .the Manchurian was not cut into the standard cube shape,and the cutting looked very unprofessional .the worst pat happened while we were eating .we had barely taken two bites when I found a piece of metal scrubbing mesh .we immediately called the waiter and showed it to him .at first ,he said it was just a thread and tried to take it away quickly .I stopped him ,washed it ,it was clearly a piece of metal scrubber.
Overall it was a very disappointing and unacceptable dinning experience.
