An amazing budget choice for staying at Islamabad

A centrally located guest house with a very reasonable room fare. A walk-in guest can find a clean room, a cozy bed and breakfast for around $35 a night. A wooden outhouse hut is also among room options. In Islamabad properties and hotels are usually very steeply priced but Continental House is a wonderful option for tourists on budget. Location is another fabulous consideration. It’s located right opposite to main entrance of Centaurs Mall Islamabad and 5 mins walk from Centaurus metro station. All important city places are within a radius of 3 to 5 Kms. Besides the mall, it’s also close to China Town and Jade Restaurants two wonderful eateries.
Value for money and worth a try.

This Place needs Renovations.

This place has many issues, you get to notice these issues when staying for few nights.
They need major renovations bathrooms are old and stinky. Staff is not in uniform rooms are not that clean. As a humble customer my advice to them is to get their act together before they loose more business.
Location is excellent. Please change carpets on common floors and try to put wooden floor instead.
Do major renovations of your washrooms. They have broken remotes, broken shower trays. Laundry of their sheets is not up to any standards.
Their staff stinks of sweat they need to use deodrents and use clean uniform.
Please start these change ASAP.

Nice locale, nice property, services could be made better

A very nice property enclosed in trees. Right in front of Centaurus Mall - one of the biggest shopping attractions of Islamabad. The front desk man one Tanveer Rasheed (perhaps) is a very courteous, polite and respectful person. I happened to stay in the wooden hut. The bathroom was very small and water dripped off the commode faucet. However, I liked the room and the lawn in front of it. They should improve little things like adding a nice soap bar in the washrooms. I always carry my own slippers and towels so that is never a problem not using theirs, but they should keep disposable slippers and better towels in their bathrooms. They don`t offer food, it is to be ordered out from somewhere outside. So it is a nice boutique hotel and doesn`t cost an arm and a leg.

Islamabad wedding

Worst place I have ever stayed! Workers were trying to help but not much they could do with this place. The place has not been updated or painted, the bathrooms were horrible and we had hot water sometimes! The so called "breakfast" was cold and consisted of bread and cold tea!

Comfortable stay and neat rooms

It was an excellent stay at Continental House during my visit to Islamabad on my friends wedding in April 2016. I stayed in this guest house with my family, rooms were excellent, bathrooms were neat and clean and staff behavior and overall service is very good.
