Well my family and I liked staying in hilltop hotel karachi and it was good

I found hilltop hotel very reasonable, decent and the ambiance was good so I will give hilltop 8/10. There are few things should be improved but the experience with hilltop was not so bad. So I suggest to go and enjoy staying in hilltop karachi hotel

Don't visit this hotel be cautious.

No family should ever stay in this hotel because it is extremely bad. They charge very high prices but do not provide proper services. This hotel is only suitable for couples, not for families.
The owner khwaja Tariq is extremely rude and has no manners when speaking to guests. If you ask to see the rooms he demands full payment first and only then shows the rooms. The condition of the rooms is worse than a cheap roadside lodge broken beds, dirty bedsheets, stinky smell, and peeling paint everywhere.
If you ask for a refund after seeing the poor condition, they refuse to return the payment. Even if you call the police, no proper action is taken, which they take advantage of. As a result, guests are forced to stay in this terrible hotel against their will.

what the hell, hotel ??
no, not really, its not a hotel not even able to compare with a hotel .
worst place i have ever been in my life,
just do not go there,
if u still want to go that dirty place i suggest to ask them to show you the hotel reception and the room live on video call before booking, otherwise your money will go down the drain.
total staff of 3 peoples and the are responsible for every thing.
Old Greedy, nonsense, owner. if you ask for money back he start threatening you as they are situated very next to police station.
first time in my life i have seen roof color with piece of plaster on the bed, smelly rooms, all kind of wirings are open (electrical, cable channel , wifi OMG ! )
no laundry, no ironing
no kitchen, no breakfast, no lunch, no dinner ( but food panda)
worst WIFI, no photo copies , no scanning
no coffee shop, no meeting rooms, no news paper,
they are using 30 years old pictures when that was build/ new
less than zero for this hotel.

no hot water, dirtiest room I have ever stayed, worse than a musafir khana, lacking basic facilities.
