Great Stay. Friendly Staff and Spotless Rooms.

We stayed at the Ocean Star Hotel for a week and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed.
The only small drawback during our stay was the breakfast, could have been a little hotter. However, one evening we were asked if we would be having breakfast the next morning. We requested an omelet and were absolutely blown away by what we received. Fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared.
Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Great location, great service, and great value. We would happily return and recommend Ocean Star Hotel to others!

Not great value for money

Average stay (at best). Hotel clearly caters to Chinese travelers, all outlets are Chinese / tv / tv remote etc. Be prepared to pay cash, which is an inconvenience. Ten minute walk from the water, five minute walk to the main road. Stayed one night, but would not book again.

Hotel in poor condition

This hotel is in far worse condition than it appears online. The lobby smells of mould, we had no hot water for multiple showers, the toilet is in the shower and there was black mould in the bathroom, lights were flickering and the buffet breakfast was served cold and dry.

Good choice！

It was a really good experience overall, I had fun times here and It was a different view compared to the hotel beneath them. Even tho that I have stayed here for only a short while, I still liked how the cleaniness was ensured at this hotel

Nice rooms, lacks a decent breakfast

Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious, clean and comfortable. I just wish that the breakfast had been better. Many have mentioned that the hotel seems to cater to Chinese and while there were many Chinese guests, I don't think that the breakfast catered to anyone. I ended up eating melon and watermelon (only) every morning because all of the cooked food (served cold) was bland.
