Staff and location

Lovely Stay. Staff very friendly and professional. We came with our baby and they were very Nice to us. Good location in down town, close to very good restaurants and the shopping center.

Great hotel, the food at the restaurant was actually surprisingly really great, tasted amazing, the pool was Great, kids used the pool at the top and adults used the one at the bottom was excellent. Walking distance to supermarket and eateries.

Exorbitant price and restaurant with tight schedule

The hotel is comfortable, but is relatively away from the center (not to walk). I was shocked when I found out the restaurant closed at 19:30 for dinner, I had never seen it before. The room is spacious and the Wi-Fi is good, but definitely not worth $200 a night.

Great option for Palau

I had a lovely stay at Palasia. The staff was attentive and kind. The hotel was clean and located in the center of the city so very easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. My room rate included a daily breakfast buffet with lots of options. Great value for price

Room is comfortable with bay view, staffs are nice and help a lot, breakfast is delicious, located at KOROR downtown so it is very convenience to dinning and shopping, excellent experience while staying
