Huge appreciation to Mrs Lairy from Joel
There was an issue with my third-party reservation that could have easily turned into a very frustrating experience. However, Mrs. Lairy went far above and beyond to resolve the situation. She took ownership of the problem, remained patient and professional throughout the process, and worked for long hours to make sure everything was properly taken care of.
Her commitment to helping guests is truly outstanding. She demonstrated not only excellent customer service, but also genuine care and professionalism. Thanks to her efforts, what started as a difficult situation was ultimately resolved smoothly.
Mrs. Lairy is a tremendous asset to the hotel, and her dedication deserves recognition. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel, especially because of the exceptional service provided by staff members like her.

Almost perfect...
The service.. a pity! a long time to deliver a drink or even a chopp. Many waiters disconnected from the customers...
Also the all inclusive - drinks - leaves much to be desired. Very few options of drinks, aperitifs etc.
Excellent breakfast. Julius is an omelet magician! Lunch and dinner options well reduced and repeated in essence

Rainforest at Panama City, a different view
I booked through Miviajeapanama, and they made everything easy and hassle-free. Their service was professional, helpful, and made the trip even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend both the hotel and Miviajeapanama for anyone planning a visit to Panama.

Overall, our experience at Summit Rainforest & Golf Resort in Panama was good, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking, the grounds are peaceful, and we felt safe throughout our stay. There was a visible security presence, and we also saw police in and around the property, which added to our sense of comfort. My children enjoyed the pool, and we also enjoyed the butterfly tour, which was a lovely experience.
However, we did experience some challenges at the beginning of our stay. Our first room had issues with the air conditioning, which would not stay on properly and seemed to cause a lot of condensation on the floor. We reported the issue, and although someone was sent to address it, the problem continued the following night. We also had difficulty getting assistance from the room because the telephone was not working, so we had to go downstairs to speak with the front desk directly. At one point, we were told that the issue may have been caused by the balcony door being opened, but we had not opened the balcony door at all.
The hotel did offer to move us to another room, but when we viewed that room, we noticed what appeared to be a mold issue. Additionally, the closet light in that room would not turn off unless the breaker was turned off, which would have made it difficult to sleep in complete darkness. Because of those concerns, we
