Best value hotel

The Castilla is not a 4-star property. The Castilla is safe, clean, and well-located in the city center. It's a short walk to Ramero's supermarket, Chirici Hospital, and pharmacies. Multiple reasonably priced restaurants on every block.
I have been staying at the Castilla for the last 18 years. You can't beat the value price

Horrible!

Things were ok until they had a party in the ballroom downstairs that was soo loud the place almost shook. IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP ! Think having a rock concert in the next room loud!!!! Manager offered to move us up to another floor. At 11:30 AT NIGHT! I walked up another floor JUST AS LOUD! And their solution was to have 2, 72 year old people move to another room thats just as loud in the middle of the night! My conversation with the desk clerk and the look on her face told me this wasn’t the first time.
IVE STAYED IN A LOT OF HOTELS IN MY LIFE AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!’ POSTED AT 12:11 am and the party is still going!

Great if you want to be in center city of David

Located in the center of a busy city, but it has an underground parking garage (free). Within easy walking distance to city center and many restaurants. I ate at one good restaurant just a few steps away. The room was nice. Staff spoke English. AC was powerful and the TV had some English language options.

Room was good but wi-fi wasn’t working and air conditioner was very noisy.
