Beautiful room nice Staff :)
We booked 3 nights but we slept 6 :)
it was very modern and beautiful, clean hotel. Staff were very nice, they speak english. Center was 20 min walk, the taxi was very cheap just 3 dollars.
They have a loundry, hot wheater, good internet, room was warm and quiet and comfortable.
We recommend for everybody.
Breakfast was good too!

Clean and comfortable
Spacious rooms which were clean and had ensuite bathrooms worth hot water. Breakfast was good and there is a kitchen you can use to cook for yourself. The wifi worked well. We were in 201 and had a great sleep but the second stay we were in 101 on the ground floor - and as it was next to reception, the front door and the breakfast area it was just too noisy. We really needed a good sleep after Colca Canyon and were disappointed when we struggled to.
Staff are very helpful and we were able to leave our luggage whilst we were in Colca Canyon. Also the day we left we were able to sit on the lounge using the wifi and having hot drinks (which are available for self serve).
We had laundry done and it all came back clean and nicely folded.
It is a 15/20 minute walk from Arequipa town centre but we didn't mind this.

Excellent recommend
Awesome staff, nice clean rooms, hot water, breakfast, laundry service, wi-fi. Kitchen and common areas were made available to us since we arrived Its about a 5 min cab drive from plaza de Armas (5soles). Very quiet area. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend

New hotel on fringe of town
Mandala Rooms are brand new - only 5 months old - but some are still teething. I had problems with both the hot water in the shower and the TV. However the Staff is super friendly and it's just like home. Very helpful making calls, bookings and deliveries. Still it's a 20 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas, something you might want to think about before you choose to stay here. Pick-ups for tours to Colca or other places don't happen; you have to go to them by taxi. Otherwise clean and comfy. Could do with a chair in the room. Breakfast is a treat - tea, coffee,eggs just the way you like it, local bread or toast with butter and jam. Yum. At $20 it's cheap but be aware that there are cheaper rooms closer to the Main square.
