kindly, conformable and excellent place to recommend you

It is an excellent place to visit whenever. The rooms are very comfortable and hey are very clean, I really recommend them I was there in June and I was very satisfied. The prices are very comfortable and it is placed very close to the downtown.

Confortable and very clean

The January first week I've been there with my family. Good place, very kind people and the breakfasts (not included) were good. Very clean and everything new. The only thing is about the elevator, there is no one.

Nice place to stay

I was referred to this hotel by accident, and it turned out to be a nice, safe and clean place to stay for my daughter and I . The only con, was the construction going on in the streets.. and the price was reasonable

good clean friendly hotel

We arrived in cajamarca with no where booked and was approached at the bus station.
The price was very reasonable and it is located very close to the Cruz del sur station and around 15min walk from the central plaza (4 sol taxi).
The rooms are clean and we had fresh towels and bed sheets daily!
Breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

Pésima atención de recepcionista

Pésima atención!! El domingo 26 de enero decidimos tomar desayuno en nuestra habitación, llamé para hacer el pedido (7:30 AM aprox) y desde un principio habían problemas con el teléfono xq no se escuchaba bien, ya cuando estaba haciendo mi pedido decidí hacer el cambio de la infusión por otra y la que me estaba atendiendo atinó a decir “ ay señorita” y me cortó! Cabe resaltar que durante toda la llamada se le escuchaba irritada y su trato no fue nada cordial. Cuando bajé a recepción para indicarle que es de mala educación cortar el teléfono de esa manera, en vez de disculparse me dijo que volvió a llamar y cierto lo hizo pero después de 5 minutos, no fue al momento, yo le respondí que no voy a responderle cuando a ella se le de la gana de llamar y que su atención es pésima, nunca se disculpó por el contrario se escuchaba que tiraba las cosas , lamentable porque la infraestructura del hotel y limpieza de habitaciones es buena para el precio que pagas y el precio de los desayunos es módico pero necesitan capacitación al personal urgente. Pensábamos quedarnos una noche más pero por esa atención decidimos ir a otro hotel, por último, la ubicación está un poco lejos del centro, de 5 a 7 minutos en taxi y te cobran 5, 6 ó 7 soles
