Spectacular

I had a very pleasant stay at the Kuwasi Hotel during my visit to Chiclayo. I stayed in a single room and was very satisfied with the service received. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything necessary to rest after a day of work and tourism.
I highlight the kindness of the staff, who were attentive at all times and provided cordial and professional service. Additionally, the atmosphere of the hotel is calm, safe, and welcoming; it truly makes you feel at home.
The location is also a plus, as it allows easy access to different points of interest in the city. The wifi service worked properly throughout my stay, and the facilities were in excellent condition.
Without a doubt, I recommend the Kuwasi Hotel to those seeking comfort, good service, and an excellent value for money in Chiclayo. I would stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent service in Chiclayo

The hotel has everything you need to feel calm and very comfortable. Its location is very good since it is only a couple of blocks from the main park, in a very commercial area. What I would like to highlight most is the great attention from the staff. They are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. On that side 10/10.

Quick simple stay

Picked this hotel as it was for one night and it was only to reset as I was going to be on the go. Arrived 5am and was greeted by friendly front desk host. He informed me that since I was not leaving till 10 PM the next night I still only had to pay one night. (excellent) I was explained there was free breakfeast it was very tiny a scrambled egg and bread sticks. Being from the united states im not use to this. The host was friendly everything was clean. The room was very basic but very clean, you could walk around barefoot. This is not a room to hangout in but basic sleep, shower and toilet very good. You could hear talking from the other room a bit.

Vacaciones

Me encantó la atención brindada, personal atentos, amables, habitación limpia con ventilador, ruido muy poco para ser zona comercial, ubicación adecuada, buen precio. excelente para ir incluso sola. Volvería a Kuwasi sin duda.
