Great cheap hostal!

This hostal exceeded my expectations. It is definitely not luxurious but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed here before and after the inca trail. The staff was super helpful, they packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early, arranged taxis, .... We could just leave or luggage in our room when leaving for the inca trail. When we came back our luggage was waiting for us in our new room.
The breakfast was also excellent and the hostal is located on a short walk from the main square.
I'd definitely recommend this hostal to everyone who doesn't want to spend too much on a hotel. 50 dollar a night is really well spend here.

Nice place to stay

Stayed there 2 nights before a 12days trek + 2 more nights after. They keeps our luggages during the trek. The personnel is serious and kind. Breakfast included is good. WiFi works well. Hot shower is sometimes not continuous, but just wait few seconds.
I would come back.

Delicious breakfast, clean facility, comfy beds, hot water, helpful and sweet staff that will book your cab to airport

Picol was a good choice! Great price, friendly, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the setting was cozy. Denise booked my cab to and from the airport for 8 soles a ride--a great deal! The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows comfortable and the water was hot. The location was convenient and close to the market, plaza and grocery store. I will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Cusco!

Excellent value

Perfect location close to everything but also in a small alley so very quite. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean, not very big but has all I needed. Good wifi and hot water. Breakfast was sufficient. Overall, a very good place to stay in Cusco.

Very cosy

Reasonably priced double room with private bathroom. The staff were very kind and attentive and gave us tea and gifts on arrival. House keeping was of high standard. Breafast was standard. They even left my partner a card and gift in our room after his birthday. Great location- close to the Plaza de Armas and lots of good resturants close by. A very comfortable stay.
