HOSTING WITH GREAT COST BENEFIT!

Comfortable stay, good breakfast, very helpful staff, especially the Bruno from the reception, very helpful! Excellent location!

Black mold on bathroom roof, damp smell when you enter room, poor circulation. Staff was very nice and cooperative but property very old you can see random fix on room walls for water leakage.

The property is well kept, and clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was included and had a decent variety. I would recommend this hotel.

I had an enjoyable stay here. The staff was very nice and the breakfast each morning was good. It's location is excellent to many things to see in the historical district. My one & only minor complaint is that there was no fan or AC in the room.

Bad rooms, good location

We don't like the hotel! As for the location is really excellent. You can do almost everything on foot. But we hate our room! I think we stayed at 502 and it looked like a bunker! Miniature window, poorly ventilated, dark, with bad smell and mold, in addition to having carpet. So for those with rhinitis, like me, it was terrible. I found it very claustrophobic. The window of our bathroom was almost half the wall and led to a hallway where the other rooms were. Very weird! Probably out there to see the silhouette of who was taking a bath. And I went looking at the other rooms and saw that in several the room window turned to that hallway! That is, no luminosity or ventilation. There was also a day that I couldn’t take a bath, because there was no water people in the shower. This happened around 22:00. I talked to other colleagues who were at the hotel and had the same problem! But when the shower was working, it was good. Very hot water. Oh, there's also plenty of noise on the street, especially during the party season. So if you want to sleep, take earbuds! There was a heater in the room, but it didn't work. As for the service of the staff I had no problems. Breakfast quite simple, but the expected to the hotel standard. We stayed on the first floor, but I noticed that they have enough stairs, so for those who have movement limitation is not suitable.
