Excellent

We absolutely loved our stay at Churup. It's very cute and cozy. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and accommodating. Many staff members speak fluent English. Bfast has pretty large variety. Lovely patio. Would definitely stay again.

Nice environments but the room should be more airy and less humid

The pictures are better than they actually are. The room was very small and quite humid and with almost no ventilation. The reception could be kinder

They canceled my booking untimely without reason

I tried to book via Booking but apparently there was a problem with the system and despite the Availability (in covers), I didn't let the reservation happen. I contacted the hotel and requested Availability (in covers), which I was confirmed. I confirmed my interest and was asked for the guest documents to proceed with the reservation, which I sent as soon as possible. 48 hours after sending what I was required they write to me saying that the hotel was already full by the required date and that they would not ask for the reservation. I requested to review the case as I had complied in a timely manner with what was required, but they said that since I had not paid there was no reservation (which they had not requested, nor provided the payment account). It's a total lack of seriousness.

Bad Experience

Quiet with room and comfortable bed
Antique bathroom could improve both shower and toilet.
Location is not bad is located 7 or 8 blocks from downtown.
Lousy service, for what they charge there are many better options in Huaraz. I have come before and there are other options with better and better service.

The best hotel in Huaraz. It's so worth it, great, great, great place.

Boutique hotel, great attention, adequate prices, not expensive. Clean rooms, great decoration, the place that will make you feel very comfortable and the breakfast (when you compare it with what they give you on some tours) you will see that the food is a blessing.
