Room, staff was great, but breakfast is very poor, not to many options to choose, is like continental breakfast.

When we turned up at 23:50 they had given away our pre booked room , so sent us to another local hotel in an uber, this was about a 10 minute drive. This hotel was of lower quality than the current
When we actually got our room for the next 2 nights it was very nice and the bed was big.
I would advise against staying here if you are checking in late as it was quite a stressful experience and it seems to be something that is not uncommon at this hotel. However, if you are checking in earlier in the day then this hotel is very nice and a good location.

Stolen money, this hotel is not to be trusted

When I arrive at the hotel I was taken to my room by Diego. I asked him to show me where the safety deposit box was. I then asked for the hotel code so that I can change it and put my own code. He tried many codes and said that he better give me a key, I kept there my passport, money, etc. I used cash for everything. Two days before my departure, I took $300 to go the casino next door and when I wanted to cash it for Soles, the cashier told me that it was false. I went to the money exchange next door and they told me the same. They asked me if I was staying at the Hotel next door Antara and I said yes. They told me then that they had the same issue with 5-6 guest staying in this hotel. Obviously some people have access to the safety deposit boxes. The management did not even give me a discount or reimburse me the $300 stolen from the safety deposit box, all the manager said that they were investigating.
This hotel was highly recommended to me by a friend. but I certainly will never recommend it and I will never stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel and rooms were in great condition. Excellent location as well.
