Friendly place with a nice cat called Blondy. Our was small for our family but for a couple or individual I think it's perfect. Very helpful staff!

We arrived during the week at 10:30 pm. They were going to charge us four times more than a taxi to come pick us up so we grabbed a taxi instead. When we got there they told us the 5 of us could not stay in the room we reserved because they were doing renovations to the third floor where the room was. They put my husband and I with our 3 small children in two separate rooms. We have lived in Peru for more than a year so our standards are not as high as North American's standards are. That being said, the conditions were not terrible but the entire house smelled like cat pee and all of our clothes smelled like it too when we got home. The reason I booked with them was because they had a great breakfast with eggs so my gluten-free son could eat something in the morning. The next morning we noticed that no one who was staying there ate anything but when we when tried to eat breakfast the server told us they were out of everything and only has a few rolls left. That is not ok with me. Even if everyone had eaten that morning, they knew how many people they were going to have there and did not make sure they had enough food. We had to leave earlier than intended to get to the airport in time to eat an expensive breakfast there. This was NOT worth the money and I will not be staying here again. There was a very nice place on the same street that I would rather have stayed at. There is not even a sign outside to tell you when you get there so we were lost at first that night.

Don't believe the reviews or pictures! Terrible experience!

Pros:
* The people who were in the house were pleasant, friendly and tried to help us out.
Cons:
* We were abandoned at the airport despite written confirmation that someone would be there with a sign with our name on it
* The house looks NOTHING like the pictures. It could be two totally different places. Description stated there was a bar- WHERE?, A shared lounge and accommodations with a patio-NOT LIKE THE PICTURE. Breakfast -NO! On-site coffee shop- NO! Minibar- NO! Gift shop!- DEFINITELY NO. View? Coffee maker in room? Room Service - WHAT! Total false advertising!
* None of the telephone numbers listed on their website or on google worked
* It was located in a sketchy part of town
* The people who lived in the house didn't seem to know that we were coming
* The place smelled like a litter box (except when the residents were cooking delicious smelling food)
* Wi-Fi only worked in one section of the living area
* The bathroom was dirty! Hair everywhere! The toilet had very obviously been given a cursory wipe. There was slimy stuff in the sink.
* The floor in the bedroom and bathroom was damp and sticky and we only took our shoes off to get into the bed
* The paint in the bedroom was peeling
* It was noisy, and we could quite clearly hear the party in the general area and the "activities" in the room next to ours
* There was no offer of breakfast
* No check-in or check-out. Never even saw "Blondy"
* Airport shuttle did not turn up despite talking to the driver the night before
It was a room in someone's house. Advertise as such. Update your website if things have changed. Thank goodness for Uber and Lysol wipes. I've lost faith in reviews.

Terrible experience. Loud house and bad service. Had to wait 15 min outside the night I arrived for someone to open. I had to go to the living room area to ask for silence on a Wednesday at 1am. I also had to beg to get (a very limited) breakfast even though I communicated multiple times that I needed to leave early, and actually did not get any for 2 days of my stay. The bathroom was not cleaned a single time and the linens only once. I would not recommend this place.
