Don't miss this place!!!!

I recommend this place, a gem in the center of miraflores 2 blocks from the av larco close to everything, have a large terrace on the top floor the room was spectacular with a terrace we had 4 beds in a family room. There is also a restaurant which can bring you food to the room, which made it very easy for us. Thank you very much. We hope to come back soon and for sure we will recommend where they are?

Terrible experience. Good location, but that’s all.

A terrible experience.
I booked a month in advance and reconfirmed my booking one day before arriving, specifying a room with a king-size bed. However, I was given a queen-size bed. Worst of all, I was charged (plas 20%) for three nights in a room with a king-size bed.
The quality of the queen-size bed was appalling; the mattresses and pillows were worn out and misshapen.
I made both the booking and the confirmation directly with the hotel via WhatsApp. Everything was in writing, but when I complained, the various staff members washed their hands of the matter, blaming other members of staff.
The shower door in the room was broken; as a result, after every shower, the bathroom was flooded.
Unpleasant odours and a lot of noise were a daily occurrence (we stayed for three nights).
The breakfast was very poor, and if you ask for butter, they give you margarine.
Good location, but that’s all.

Very good hosting! I highly recommend!
Every day they cleaned the room and changed the towels! Very clean and inviting! Excellent staff! Food OK!

In the center of Miraflores with private terrace

The Traveler's House has Wonderful Terraces, I had 2 rooms with private terrace and the restaurant does room service with several options and at a good price, good option near Kennedy Park.

Overprice attempt and last minute booking cancellation

I booked this hotel months before my trip, and I contacted the staff 1 week before after a failed attempt of payment (payment should have been at check-in). The hostel staff initially tried to charge me double the agreed price. After I reluctantly accepted their conditions, they claimed last minute that the room I booked was no longer available. Terrible service overall.
