I had been in several hotels and apartments in Lima and with no doubts this is the best place far away,
very responsive host and the apartment is super modern and clean
they storage my luggae while i was in Cusco and helped us a lot.

Be careful

Booked for a week's stay over Christmas. And knowing that it is peak season, booked well in advance.
In November I contacted the manager to request a cot for our 1 year old, and also ask for some additional information about the appartment.
When I got no answer, (despite the Whatsapp showing that it had been read), I resent my request, and then eventually phoned.
The phone was not answered, but the Whatsapp was replied to, saying that they would not provide a cot, and that I should consider looking elsewhere (!).
I sent my request again, explaining that I had clearly communicated in the original booking that we had a young baby. And also that I did not intend to start looking again more than a month after having booked, with few properties available and prices now rising.
My mistake - as they cancelled my booking, and then re-advertised the appartment, at nearly double the price!
Booking.com had agreed that they had no right to cancel my booking, but did not manage to get a reply. (it is a shame that they did not then de-list them, but I guess Booking.com makes their money out of the properties, not out of mugs like me).
So as I say - Be careful!

9 night stay/ 3 bed apt.

Great stay. Smooth check in /out. 15th floor. Excellent location. 100% security. One of the more expensive apts we considered but average price per person per night still excellent value. Apts gets cleaned every other day / change of towels ecetera. Swimming pool on roof and ground floor to boot + games room and bbq area on roof. Easy walk to malecon. Great.

Wonderful place

We absolutely loved this place at 570 Jose Pardo, Miraflores in Lima. Apartment # 2002
Our view was absolutely amazing! Clean and very comfortable.
Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. We will come back to this place.
