Perfect to visit Lima
We really enjoyed our three-night stay here, as we were already familiar with the property. We also stayed in Cusco and Puno. The staff were incredibly friendly—especially Marco, who was very helpful with taxis, understood our request for a quieter room, and handled all our needs generally.
You sleep very well thanks to the large beds. Everything was clean. There is underground parking accessible by elevator. If they had a restaurant too, I’d give it a 10! A young, welcoming team—they were all great! The position is perfect and in a quiet area. Thanks! I recommend!

Nice stay Tierra Viva
Clean, plenty of space, friendly and accommodating staff.
Only a bit noisy in the rooms facing the street. Therefore, 1 point deduction.

Check-out based on the person
Everything was very good, but it was at the very least curious at the time of check-out; while a foreign guest was finishing checking out and leaving normally, they took my key and called security to "verify that nothing was missing and that we hadn't forgotten anything," which, although very subtle, shows between the lines the distrust that exists toward some guests, which would be my case. Otherwise, everything was very good: location, service, food.

Excellent location, great people.
Excellent location, great people. Room acceptable size. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Limited choice for breakfast but what was there was good, fresh and tasty. The hot water was just warm on the first night after all was good.

A simple accommodation in the heart of Lima, but definitely a 5/5 hotel. Room size, location, value for money, cleanliness, the staff, the basic breakfast, and basic facilities for this category of hotel.
I would also like to recognize Joseph from the F&B department, who assisted us at breakfast. He is very attentive and hospitable to guests like me, especially since I traveled from the Philippines down to Peru. It was worth it to stay in this hotel. If I could just stay a little longer, I would definitely extend my stay in this hotel. I truly appreciate this accommodation and the people who run the hotel.
