Central, quiet, ideal for lounging

I recently stayed at this hotel and the truth was very good experience. The room I got was super spacious, clean and a flawless presentation. The comfortable beds, tidy and with a rich smell, something I value when I travel is cleanliness and stood out.
The location I loved, it is central, quiet and ideal to rest. Check in was quick and the staff friendly, which always adds up.
As a suggestion if I would like to improve the curtains a bit, because during the day a little light comes in, it still did not affect my rest.
I would definitely come back on a next visit.

Good reception.

Very good experience at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean and the room was comfortable. Everything was well organized and the service was quick. I recommend it

Cozy atmosphere

I went with my parents and we loved it! Starting from the attention and warmth of the reception staff and how attentive the cleaning staff was, the attention by all the staff was very friendly, we would definitely come back!:) and what to say about the very good and varied breakfast

Worst Disappointment, Unsanitary Hotel and Nobody with Capacity (in Cover) to Provide Solution.

Very bad , we booked the suit with Jacuzzi, when I arrived to the suite I sat in the bed and found it too hard, so much that I caught my attention, I lifted the lids to see the mattress , surprise!! The mattress was upside down, we called reception no one approached, my husband had to go down to talk to the administration (administration that was not there ) the answer was that for hygiene they left it that way (the hard and disgusting reverse) we demanded to go turn the mattress, our surprise was even worse , the side that corresponds to the mattress was with an immense blood stain and very bad smell, according to them that was wine, obviously that was not true, there was no solution to change for a clean mattress , to this an afternoon holiday , we had to look for another hotel (fortunately we found) the worst experience lived,

Excellent!!!! totally recommended

Excellent staff service, spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. There was no heating but no need, the temperature was good, the breakfast wonderful!!!! It's close to everything! The room has a mini bar, and they leave you kettle with tea and coffee. 10/10
