Room is very clean. Bed and pillow are very clean and comfortable. Staffs are helpful. Breakfast is awesome and cooked to your preferred.

Perfect quiet location in the center with an incredible terrace view
We extended because we loved Qente Wings and we were exhausted from staying in Pisac which is extremely noisy..
Rosario greeted us on arrival and we arrived quite late and she offered us a beautiful room with balcony which was definitely the way to go.
The room is well insulated and was SILENT..it was heaven. (We finally slept after 10 sleepless nights in noisy Pisac..)
The location is perfect, just 2minutes off the plaza and great view of the ruins - on one of the charming streets. AND you can hear the water running outside the window, which is soothing. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, there is a heater and hair dryer and soap provided.
As we arrived by car around 9pm and wanted safe parking, Roasario walked with me to the first place she knew that had the most affordable parking and sure enough, Gabbi who runs it, also was helpful and offered us a very good rate.
I have to say that the stay for us was special because of Rosario. I felt like I was being taken care of by my own grandmother and we had a wonderful conversations where I got to practice my Spanish with her.
She made us lovely breakfast with eggs, fruit, coffee, juice and avocado each morning and the 360 view form the terrace is amazing.
(Rosario also gave us great advice when to go to which ruins)
I really adored Rosario, she is so kind and it's because of her the stay was special.
Thank you Rosario ..you are probably the kindest and most compassionate and loving Peruvians I have met and it felt like being with family.
I don't think you can beat their rate. They also gave us a very favourable exchange rate for cash payment (1/2 ATM's (Hotel sauce) charges 14.5% so bring cash if you can from out of town as all places charge 4-6% for card payments)
I would have uploaded videos if I could but instead view form our room and from the terrace where we had breakfast :)

Wonderful stay in Ollantaytambo
We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is fantastic—close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring Ollantaytambo and the Sacred Valley.
The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, with great water pressure, which is always appreciated after long days of walking and hiking. The staff were lovely throughout our stay: kind, attentive, and genuinely warm.
What made the experience truly special, though, was meeting Rosario, who works at the hotel. She is third generation—or more—from Ollantaytambo, and speaking with her gave our stay a deeper connection to the town and its history. She brought such warmth and authenticity to the experience, and she is a big part of why this hotel felt so memorable.
A beautiful, peaceful place with wonderful people. We would happily stay here again.

This Guest House is new, everything is new, but not totally complete yet, my room still no TV but I don’t watch TV. and I have to asked for heater. No soap holder in the shower.
Rooftop very good breakfast fruits, egg, bread, jam and fresh squeezed OJ, coffee and tea available with amazing view. The old lady and the young lady are working very hard and very nice and very helpful. Good Wi-Fi, very clean, great breakfast, good pillows, firm bed, shower good hot water. Almost Perfect. Highly recommended. Room 205
