Central and new hotel.

Recently renovated hotel in an excellent location, large rooms; it's a pity that for a four-star hotel it lacks small amenities like a courtesy set and shower cap. The photos also show a coffee machine that was missing. The breakfast is excellent. At the reception, we often found a very kind and polite young man, while a brunette girl with long hair was very rude and impolite.

A horror!!!. Choose another hotel without thinking

A hotel horror. Expensive and dirty. They do not clean the rooms during the stay and on the first day the very dirty bathroom. With how beautiful the city is that it is worth staying in establishments that are not far from a hostel; neither in services nor cleanliness or professionalism. Although we made the suggestions at reception politely it was no use, they must be used to it.

Definitely choose another hotel!

Definitely choose another hotel!. Good location in the city center, high-quality and varied breakfast. However, that's where the positives end. A malfunctioning elevator, which has obviously been out of service for a long time. First of all, we were given an unclean room. The bathroom lacks amenities except for the cheapest liquid soap from the supermarket. Very uncomfortable, sagging beds, very arrogant reception staff.

Great choice

3 star hotel with very large rooms, well furnished, comfortable beds, bathroom and shower very comfortable. Everything was clean. Location just 2 steps from the main square, with all services very close. 2 notes: it would be useful in addition to the kettle in the room to have tea bags. Also I could not turn up the temperature of the room from the thermostat: in winter I hope it can be done.

Quiet & confortable

We recently spent a peaceful 3 nights at The Jazz and it proved to be the perfect location. Close to the river but just a short stroll from all the life of the old town it was a quiet retreat after a busy day exploring this fabulous city. The room was spacious, modern and well fitted out. Everything you could ask for except a decent chair to sit at the desk area. Tea bags appeared to be in short supply but this was a minor point as the staff always managed to assist us. The shower room was spotless and modern with body wash and soap and ample towels. We didn't use the restaurant as the breakfast seemed a little expensive and had to be booked in advance and paid for by card. If and when we return to Wroclaw we would certainly stay at The Jazz again.
