Breakfast was available but not with our room rate. Cafes and restaurants nearby, a little too far to walk into Gdansk, but the tram was nearby and the Uber drivers were excellent we never waited longer than 2 minutes for a ride!
You had to ask for hair dryer and iron for the room. Unfortunately they had run out of irons by the time we got there ( we were attending a wedding) so we had to wear our crushed clothes out of the suitcases.
The shower and toilet were separate and intimate, best to share the room with someone you know very well.

Horrible hotel

Horrible experience, walls are made of paper-you can hear tv and noise from other rooms, teenager/young adults running on the corridor and slamming the doors all the time- zero rest and sleep- will.never come back here and wouldnt recommend it at all....

Not very good.

Clean in the room but impossible pillow, responsive from other rooms, corridor and from the street. Can try to sleep one night if no other options are available.

Great experience

I stayed for two nights at the Smart Hotel Garnizon in Gdańsk with my daughter.
The hotel is very good and close to the train station, as well as to the airport via both train and the nearby Highway, and the huge nearby shopping mall Galeria Bałtycka.
The staff was kind and attentive.
The room was just the right size and cosy for up to two persons. There was two complimentary bottles of mineral water on the desk, a kettle and complimentary instant coffee pouches and tea bags on the full size desk. French balcony in the room. Comfortable double bed.
Separate bathroom and shower room with two sinks are futuristically designed and separated by the entrance of the room. Clean and well maintained.
The buffet breakfast was delicious and tasty.
In conclusion, I was very satisfied by the Smart Hotel Garnizon in Gdańsk.

Family staying with tree small children

The hotel has a perfect location for trips, it is not too far from the airport and it is also available to go to centre od city by public transport in a short time. As a family we were glad tahat nearby is Zabka and Galeria Baltycka with many shops. We were really satisfied with cleaness of our room. We were surprised that we found coffe, tea and water in the room when we came. Room was perfect for three children and two adults. Negative is for me only nothing to do with children in hotel (indoor playground for example). We recommend the hotel to everyone.
