One day is not enough.

On our trip to the south of Poland we stopped by chance in the Dwikozy Mansion not far from a famous town Sandomierz. We were enchanted . The mansion is surrounded by a lovely garden, quiet and out of the road. The rooms are comfortable , the staff friendly . We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and good drinks at the bar and delicious breakfast . All of that for a reasonable price. We defenitely come back here next year.

Good Hotel passing

Generally good, decent breakfast. Very noisy staff in the early morning under the windows who prevented sleeping.

Decent facility, poor service

Decent structure, service to be reviewed.
Nice room, albeit with some flaws, bathroom to be seen again (microscopic shower in which it is almost impossible to wash, no support surface), less than perfect cleanliness. Pleasant external structure, ample parking.
The service, unfortunately, for an Italian with knowledge of the dining room, was very poor: poor breakfast, plates left at the buffet half empty, long waits at the coffee machine, no sugar. Dinner and related service (paid separately) were pleasant, but spoiled by an army of midges due to the flowers at the table.
Today's sore point: we return from a trip and our friends are waiting for us at the outside table with beer and spritz and a small plate, with a few slices of bread and a curl of butter. My husband also orders for us and I, so as not to drink fast, ask for a similar saucer, obviously for a fee. Which is denied to me, because it is reserved for those who dine at the restaurant. They were therefore wrong to bring it to my friends, but I find it of poor taste and professionalism to treat diners at the same table in an uneven manner, taking advantage of the obvious lack of knowledge of Polish. I would have dined at the internal restaurant again this evening, but the idea of leaving them any more money, at this point, disgusts me. A lot to learn in customer management, they gambled a good review for 2 slices of bread and a curl of butter.

Great hotel!

I stayed in that hotel in May '16 during a conference which took place in the same hotel. I have to admit that everything was just perfect! The food was great (and I mean - great!), the staff was very polite and friendly. Moreover, the staff was very helpful and they were always doing their best to make paying a visit there once more. You can't even say a thing about the service in that place - the room was all cleaned and prepared. Were you about to come with your kids there - not a problem, plenty of place for them to have fun. What's also very important, it is situated in a calm and silent area, thus were you to spend dome time in silence - that hotel is just great for you!
When I was leaving, the lady at the reception was also very helpful with the payment - yup, it's her job. Nevertheless, it's stil very nice, when people one is having contact with during the day remember the magic of smile!
