A nice hotel at a good price

The hotel is centrally located, it is about 5 min walk to the city center.
Rooms are bright and well decorated. We were greeted courteously and very friendly by the staff, the breakfast was very rich, the tea selection outstanding. We felt very comfortable.

I do not want to experience that again!

Hotel room on the 1st floor (room 201) without an elevator, very steep stairs and steps. The room was clean, but average in comfort. The bed was okay. The toilet was too tightly installed, the shower (shower head) was defective, and the shower spray goes into the hallway.
Breakfast was average.
At €98.00, definitely too expensive per night.
Parking in the neighboring parking garage for an additional €10, about a 7-minute walk. Great vacation

Hotel staff does not respond to emergencies.

On my last night here, a fire alarm went off. There is an emergency number from the hotel staff at the door; we called it, and the man who answered assured us he would come by. We waited a bit and tried to reach him again, but unfortunately, he did not answer. Now I am sitting here an hour and thirty minutes later, and he still has not contacted us. This could have ended very badly.

All great, friendliness, breakfast and prices!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating..from reception to kitchen. Breakfast is really good. Prices very cheap. So it's really fun to be here. Would like to recommend it!
