Just a roof over your head

This hotel is big. So are the rooms. But big is not necessary beautiful. There is no air conditioning. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. There were no glasses, just paper cups. Our TV remote was falling apart. It did not work. My wife saw reception and was given a handful of batteries. The pillows were awful.
We were told the bar opened at 6pm. We went there. Not a soul in sight. We did not bother with dinner. It was expensive and looked ordinary.
Breakfast was poor. Orang cordial, instant coffee.

The worst hotel. Horrible !!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Never again in something like this. We ride a motorcycle around Europe and Poland, we have traveled thousands of km. We've slept in hundreds of hotels, but this was the first time we stayed in such crap. Don't be fooled by pretty photos because they don't match reality. Horrible dirt, the hotel needs renovation, walls dirty, furniture damaged in the bathroom, terrible dirt, it was disgusting. The door to the shower cabin was torn off, the tap was leaking, the shower tray was dirty. After a long journey, we went to the swimming pool and what a shock!!! The locker room stinks of only urine, the lockers are closed and there is no way to hide clothes. No towels. The jacuzzi is broken and the water is cold, and the swimming pool, phew, I have never seen such a cesspool in a hotel. The pool walls are dirty and it hurts my eyes. I wonder where the sanitary inspectorate is? The balconies are cracked, full of cigarettes and not cleaned at all. The windows don't close properly. The breakfast is also terrible. I do not recommend it, but I advise against it. People, be careful not to let your children get poisoned. I hope we didn't bring bedbugs from that horrible place. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Nice hotel ambiance

Polecam miejsce na rodzinny wyjazd, dużo atrakcji dla dzieci, basen, bilard i kręgle w cenie.
Hotel is pretty nice. Very tasty breakfast and service nice and help full For families with children- there is no lift in the hotel. Family rooms are on sec floor it's not so good.

Worst hotel EVER!

No soap and towels when arrived and checked in. Rude receptionist. The room HORRIBLE!! WE have had one that goes to a parking - very loud, horrible view. Even though there were a lit of available rooms available (on the other side), the receptionist said "no way to change it" as they have registered a certain amount of people to these rooms. They were opened so we cold check it bg ourselves - exactly the same. She just didnt want to help. I was pregnant and had to bare with listening to drunk people all night long!!
We were after long journey and could not refresh because of lack of towels and soap!!
DO NOT TAKE THIS HOTEL! YOU CAN FIND MANY OTHER IN OLSZTYN THAT ARE SO MUCH BETTER (from my exp. Omega hotel, u Jacka). THIS ONE IS A TRUE DISASTER)
