卡托維茲的豐富經驗
Hotel Monopol Katowice酒店裝飾得很好。工作人員非常專業，房間很大，高高的天花板和加熱的浴室地板，靠近許多餐館，商店和景點，步行即可到達。酒店的餐廳也很好。每當我在卡托維茲（Katowice）時，我肯定會將此地方稱為家。

卡托維茲的物業！
這是卡托維茲一個獨特而非常酷/舊的物業。房間非常大，健身中心是10，在地下室有一個小游泳池，總體而言，卡托維茲最好的住宿地點之一。餐館和商店距離酒店有1至2個街區。唯一需要注意的是，浴室極簡主義，淋浴非常小。

A nightmare hotel
It is not a 5 star hotel at most 3+ very experienced.
Our room was dark with only window view on the dirty roof of the rest attached with needles against birds.
The bed was all flayed. Old hand towels.
Room was dirty even guests before left the papers on lamps. Old carpet that had nothing to do with the room only gave a sense of dirt. Air conditioner that made so much noise. The bathroom door wouldn't close. Staff not at all welcoming.
We asked to change the room which cost 245 euros on Wednesday for one night. Price for this room and the services they offer is extremely exaggerated.
I looked on Booking and 'paying 10 euros more were 8 upper class rooms. No availability from staff to solve problem. I understand the Polish language and 'when waiter asked to offer us the upper room with extra price was told to say that there are no more rooms available.
Breakfast paying aside and 'great for those who eat salty for those who eat sweet just a type of empty brioche or rotate with jam.
