We understand how frustrating it can be when the agreed payment method is not immediately recognized upon arrival. At the same time, we would like to clarify that such situations are not necessarily the result of an error on the part of the reception team. Occasionally, information regarding company billing arrangements may not be included in the reservation details or may not reach the hotel prior to the guest’s arrival.

Building site
Everything is dated,the reception is being renovated now as well as the hotel.nothing said about this when booking.there was banging and drilling going on from 8am til 5pm.the rooms are tired,we were there 4days and they never changed the bedding.the rooms were dusty.the bathroom were ok.we asked for an extra pillow twice and never got one.probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
Would never go back there.

We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been to experience renovation-related noise, particularly when you were expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay. We also regret that the condition and cleanliness of the room did not meet the standard you expected, and especially that your request for an additional pillow was not fulfilled despite being mentioned twice. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
Our hotel is currently undergoing renovation, and we are working to renew the property and improve the experience for our guests. Information regarding the renovation is available on the websites where our hotel is presented, although we understand your disappointment if you did not notice this information when making your reservation.
