Great place in the middle of Szczawnica
Rooms clean and cozy, with very comfortable beds, mountains view. The hotel has access to the kitchen.The location of the hotel at the bottom station of PKL Palenica (chairlift) is an additional advantage. in the hotel there is a GOPR station (Mountain Volunteer Rescue Service) where you can get information about mountain trails and attractions in the area, and even they will gladly advise you where to eat well :)
There is a river Dunajec next to the hotel, along the river there is a promenade with a bicycle path and walking path.
The only minus is a disco under a tent next to the hotel, for 5 days from 5 p.m to midnight I listened to various kinds of modern "hits"but I think that this disco is only in the summer season.

Perfect location, brilliant room
Just 100m from the chairlift and river, this place is ideal for summer or winter.
The room was very well appointed, with smart furnishings and a very nice bathroom, with a rainfall shower.
Each floor shares a small communal kitchen, which has all the basics.
Our room faced the chairlift and was quite noisy due to the beer tent beside the river, which played music until late, I recommend bringing ear plugs!

In the heart of it all
Beautifully placed in the hot spot of Szcawnica, Goprowka is perfect for ski lovers, hiking trips, cyclists, nordic walking, just walking ;), or even for people having issues with mobility. Ski lift is literally right next to the hut and if you want, you can just take it to the top of Palenica to enjoy the views. As close as the ski lift, starts a lovely promenade by the river and a hiking route, allowing you to choose a few trails accross the mountains joining in this point. Perect for relax afterwards - restaurants are as near as the ski lift.
Goprowka is though a bit secluded from other huts, which lets you enjoy the view on the area and actually feel your out of the city.
Rooms were recently finished, and were really comfy and squeaky clean. Shared kitchen annex was spotless too and is well equipped, with a stove, microwave, fridge and free tea and coffee. Staff is very agreable and the place hosts mountain resue team (GOPR) station (ground floor).
We had an echanting weekend and will definitely come back for more.

Pięknie i czysto
Polecam gorąco i szczerze to miejsce. Wszędzie blisko, czysto, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba, nawet w zmywarkę. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko dworca, sklepów i parku dolnego. W pokoju ręczniki, TV, balkon, przestronna łazienka z prysznicem.

Niestety tylko dwa noclegi(sezon w pełni) w samy centrum Szczawnicy, wszędzie blisko, pokoje czyste, piękne, aneks kuchenny świetnie wyposażony, pokój 22 cudo:) Nie możemy się doczekać kiedy tam wrócimy
