One of the best hotels with the cleanest environment and high quality amenities. Though without physical reception and all communication is on WhatsApp, staff are extremely responsive and helpful.

It was an excellent place to stay, though construction around the area did make it a bit difficult at times. The room was great, spacious and clean. The lockers were full when I checked out, but the Leonardo Hotel staff allowed me to store my luggage with them which was very nice (these apartments are inside the hotel).

Everything was seamless. They even had a place to store luggage and allowed me to check in early enough to make it on time to my meeting. I was nervous about an apartment hotel without physical staff, but they were super responsive through WhatsApp and they sent me details before i even asked for them

If you arrive in Warsaw by train or plane and take a taxi to your hotel, please check that the drivers fare meter is turned back to zero.
There is no issue with most honest taxi drivers but there are dishonest ones that do not disconnect the prior fare and leave it running then charge you twice or even triple the actual fare you should pay as a tourist. We found this practise is prevalent in other countries.

The room was amazing, clean and spacious on top of that there is kitchen with everything you need so way better than a hotel room. Location is pretty good I’d say you can walk to train station and central.
