Very positive experience

Friendly staff and always helpful. Good standard and spacious rooms. Great restaurant attached to the hotel. Recommended! ( I was there 2 months!!) Very large parking lot. Wi-Fi connection available at every point. Great location, close to downtown and highway.

Very good hotel

A quiet hotel, relaxing atmosphere.
Structure of old factory renovated with taste.
I also tried the excellent restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.
Available ample and convenient parking.
Too bad the lack of the elevator... I had a heavy suitcase.
The room clean and spacious.

Worst Hotel

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. After moving several rooms due to accommodation errors. The internet went out hotel wide. I understand this happens, but I need internet so I can complete my work tasks. I asked the reception if it will get fixed and all she says is, "I don't know, maybe tomorrow" I ask for a refund because there is no way I can stay there without internet, and she says no. No refunds are allowed.

Basic hotel, but good value for money

The hotel is located in a quiet part of the town. The staff is friendly, but have with exception of polish limited language skills. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is very sparse, but again you get what you paid for. Breakfast is to prevent any feelings of hunger, but not very colourful. The beds are fine. The restaurant in the basement has a relatively broad range of food. A gin tonic appeared to be a very exotic drink in that part of the world.

Nice, clean, simple hotel in Zary

The Glas Hotel is a nice hotel managed by kind staff who go out of their way to assist guests. The main building is apparently a renovated and converted old factory building. However, the hotel is thoroughly modernized. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The prices are moderate and reasonable for a low-frills hotel.
One annoyance is ts the key card has to be inserted in reader on the wall to turn on electricity for the room. While that is fairly common, especially in countries where air conditioning is heavily used, they went further here. Unfortunately, they included cutting power to the refrigerator, making it useless for keeping drinks cool or preserving leftovers.
The hotel location is a little odd, but actually within walking distance to the train station. At the time of this writing, there is road construction blocking this path, but this is temperoary.
