Now the bad. There is an access code for the door, and the key-safe for our room key, and there is no person on site to help. We were NEVER sent this code even after filling out a strangely long form of information including passport numbers and pictures of ourselves. So we arrived, and there was no way to get in. We had to walk to the airport to get WiFi so we could try to ask for help. It took us an hour to get a human who could help at BLife which I think runs the property remotely. A helpful person there (shout out to that person, whoever they were) who provided us with the magical access codes.
Overall, this property is like a hostel with private rooms. It was clean, but there's a shared bathroom. This is definitely just basic room and bed, which is great if you're trying to get up for a 6am flight (like we were), but good for much else. The price was very low, which is also a bonus.
