Excellent value for money.

Hotel 5 minutes from the Sanctuary, next to a shopping area, restaurants, etc. Free underground parking (request before arriving, because on weekends all the spots are taken), a pool and pleasant pool area, very well-kept room and good buffet breakfast. Especially noteworthy is the kindness of all the staff, both at the front desk and in the dining room. Highly recommended.

Hotel "4" Stars - Very bad service

Pool - Very dirty, hair, mud in the filters, vertex, baby zone with a lot of dirt at the base. Chair with torn cloth without conditions to be used. I really regret the state of the pool, because even for the kids to play and in the state in which it was left us something renitents and without enjoying the space in conditions.
Corridor - Emergency lighting dropped (hanging) from the 6 days, 4 was always hung even after 2 warnings at the reception. Extinguisher falling from the wall that was never repaired, we leaned the wall, but was always at risk of falling.
Breakfast area - General confusion, tables all followed without any privacy for people/families, almost worthy of a school canteen such is confusion and lack of support. The tables are hardly cleaned, but never placed and prepared for the next customers. Clients have to walk in search of cutlery, wardrobes. Basic food and no variety, comparable to any pension (it is supposed to be a 4-star hotel).
Rooms - Really spacious, good dimensions, room area without TV. Weighable passage from bathtub to poliban (prevent fall risks, slip). Pleasant cleaning, however, the ladies have to understand that this is a hotel, and if we are sleeping or the babies, can not say “that if not clean now I will not return”. The cleanliness of the hallways will have to improve since some locations, small garbage there remained every day (papers, rubber, sand/dust)
Reception - Very friendly staff, they know how to listen to the customer and try to minimize some discomfort by some factors. However, there were things that did not change (hanging emergency lighting).

Bad experience

Disappointed by this hotel; it needs a technical staff member to check the rooms.
It was impossible to drain the bathtub; the knob did not turn, the showerhead was outdated, and the shower screen was too wide and unsuitable for elderly people.
Decent mattress
Nevertheless, the hotel is well-located in relation to the sanctuary.
Breakfast and dinner are acceptable.
Small room with no closet, had to leave the suitcases on the floor.

LOOKED LIKE A NUN'S CELL

I stopped as part of an Exoticca tour and even though I purchased the "superior package." There was nothing superior about my room. My first room was dark and creepy and looked like a nun's cell. The tub was super high and had a moldy curtain. My hair dryer didn't work and soon after, the AC stopper working too. The girl at the front desk later gave me a much nicer room, but the shower glqsd door came off. At the end, I was there for the Fatima experience, but the hotel rooms don't have to be so depressing. Several people on my tour felt the same way about their rooms.

By the way

Great location, free parking inside the hotel, very comfortable beds.
Regular buffet breakfast, nothing to do with photos.
