Top Hotel in Location!

Very good hotel located in Bethlehem. Just next to the Jeronimos Monastery.
Good breakfast with everything you can expect, and above all, there are the pastels from Bethlehem for anyone who wants to!!! Welcome directly from the factory next door!!!
Accessible and professional staff.
Rooms clean and with everything you expect from a hotel.
There is no garage, but from 20:00 you can find a place for the car in front of the hotel on the street, free!
It is not expensive given its location and given what it offers.

The location was wonderful. The staff made you feel unwelcome. We arrived early and we’re leaving our bags when the man at the desk asked if we would like to go ahead and check in because he had a room. He had almost finished the registration that we did not ask for, but we were offered when another man came in, and the two of them got in a fight in front of us. The second man redid our reservations, although we could not understand what they were saying, and we ended up in a very tiny room. Also, because they were embarrassed every time we came downstairs it was awkward. There were ants in our room. The breakfast was delicious, but the second man also made sure to tell us that we were not to go eat breakfast in the morning that we got there too early. The whole thing was frustrating especially since we knew we were early and had only planned on leaving our bags there to start with because we had just gotten off the cruise ship.

Maybe it's good in winter...

Air conditioning doesn't work, just "runch."
The bed has no sheets, only cribs with room temperature above 30°.
The temperature throughout the hotel is the same, which confirms non-functioning air conditioning throughout the building.
Indescribable.

Lisbon faced an exceptional and prolonged heatwave, which placed our cooling system under extreme pressure and temporarily reduced its performance throughout the building. Unfortunately, the technical teams across the city were also dealing with unusually high demand, which slowed down response times.

With a lot of charm.

It is a very well-located hotel next to the Monastery of the Jerónimos, an excellent location to enjoy a quiet place, close to the Casa de Cultura, which facilitates access to conferences and tourism. The staff is top-notch, very pleasant, and very professional. At breakfast, they bring authentic Belem pastries at 8 AM. It may need a renovation, but it is compensated by the staff and the location.
