Great Hotel + Value for money, but DO NOT GO TO THE RESTAURANT !
I travelled here with 2 of my friends, so as a small group of three young women we loved this hotel and felt safe whilst travelling.
Super close to the metro station where you can go straight to the airport or downtown Lisbon - perfect spot.
Generally, the entire hotel is a bit tired, especially the rooms, but for the price and facilities I can't complain. With any issues we had in our room we could call reception and they answered and sorted it very quickly and respectfully. We had a great experience regarding this, as a light would not turn off in our room and the door lock had problems - both times issues resolved easily and by a friendly face.
The hotel breakfast included was AMAZING and one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had, HOWEVER, I am knocking down a point as the Hotel Restaurant was a massive let-down.
We decided to go there for one evening as we received a complimentary bottle of wine, and we regretted going at all. The entire place was empty with no atmosphere (which should've been our first sign), and the food was expensive pricing for very simple and not good quality food. We wanted to give it benefit of the doubt however each of our dishes were not very nice or felt value for money, ontop of this we had a miscommunication on the order about ordering fries that are advertised in the hotel room menu and website, only to receive crisps and be told they don't serve fries despite confirming it when ordering it, so we sadly sent one dish back but honestly I wish we did it with every one...
The staff were very friendly and handled it the best they could - not a fault on the waiting staff at all - but it was a massive let-down compared to the rest of the stay.

Lovely hotel
Breakfast was excellent and a wide window to eat.
Dining was available, but we didn't use it. Lovely sports bar where food and drinks were available.
We had to check out very early and requested a takeaway breakfast which again was good. If you are flying just check out your box as we had bottled juices and fortunately drank them before security!! We would certainly return to this lovely hotel.
