An unforgettable experience between culture and professionalism
I recently took part in the trip to Lisbon and surroundings organized by GUINESS TRAVEL and I can only be fully satisfied. It was a beautiful trip, enriched by a wonderful company that made every moment convivial and pleasant.
The real added value of this experience, however, was our escort, Adri. From the very first moment she proved excellent, managing the group with rare expertise. His ability to keep the group together, along with a constant and caring presence, meant that everything went smoothly.
Special praise also goes to our Portuguese guide, Telma. His in-depth knowledge of the area and his preparation have been fundamental to us discovering the authentic soul of Lisbon and its surroundings.
In summary, an impeccable organization that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trip with attention to detail, with high-level human and professional staff.

HORRIBLE STAFF STAY AWAY

I canceled my fully refundable booking and until now I did not receive my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. I sent multiple emails without a reply!!! Horrible staff!!!!

Spacious hotel

Room with defective air conditioning. The reception managed well and provided us with another room where the air conditioning worked, but it leaked on the floor due to condensation. Hearty breakfast and free parking available in front if there is a space available.

Event at Vila Galé Opera

Vila Galé Opera hosted our family event. We chose the buffet instead of a menu and it was an excellent choice. The variety did not disappoint nor did the quality of the ingredients. The staff was also attentive and always polite. We would definitely recommend this venue!

Think twice before choosing dinner at the hotel

I didn't stay at the hotel. The goal was to attend a conference, which would take place at the hotel. We chose to dine on site to optimize the weather. Very slow service. Dinner with pre-established menu. Single dish. A tasty, but full of pimples. Just look at the edge of the dishes. There was no follow-up. Dessert a sweet rice. Very short for the price and even more for the expectations.
