Wonderful
Staff they are so attentive and their English so fluent. Tamara and Antonio and Jose (the bar and food manager) looked after us so well!! Hopefully we will be back,

A short break in Porto
The hotel was nice, clean and modern with very comfortable beds and modern fittings everywhere. The only slight criticism is a lack of wardrobe space. Considering the location in the town we found it to be quiet at night.
We used the Restaurant for two nights, which was very nice and also found the bar and outdoor seating to be great. Breakfast was superb with a really good selection of hot and cold food. We would highly recommend coming here if visiting Porto.

Excellent Experience
The staff is simply impeccable, absolutely EVERY person I interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly.
The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and I particularly loved the shower, which was quite large and had great water pressure - one thing I found very interesting was that the water temperature regulation indicated Celsius (°C), I had never seen that. I also thought there was a lot of closet space! The air conditioning went down to 18°C, which was greatly appreciated, since the days were super hot!
I ate at the hotel for two days and tried different dishes, and all of them were perfect. I was on the half-board plan and the menu had several options, for all tastes - it included a bread basket, toasts, butter and olive oil; an appetizer (with soup and salad options), a main course (various options, including: vazia steak, salmon, lasagna, salads, paella, ribs, and more) and a dessert (again several options, such as brownie, apple crumble, tiramisu, and crepes). A coffee/tea is also included. If I'm not mistaken, there were vegetarian and/or vegan options at all stages of the menu. Regarding the portions: as someone with a big appetite, I can say that I finished quite satisfied at both dinners.
Breakfast is also excellent: for hot dishes there are scrambled and fried eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, quiche, and beans; for cold dishes, they have a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, and vegetables; they also have several bread options and diverse pastries (mainly sweet but also with savory options like cheese bread). There are many spread options, including honey directly from a piece of honeycomb!
Regarding the other facilities: I used the gym, which has dumbbells (up to 20kg if I remember correctly), an adjustable incline bench, and a machine with 2 cables that is also adjustable in weight and height for strength training. There is also cardio equipment, a machine with water and towels.
The area around the pool was a little hot (for me, but I'm hot), however the water temperature was ideal.
The garden area is also very pleasant. It might be that you find two very affectionate black kittens there who let you have a little party!
All the spaces were very clean and well maintained. I 100% recommend it and hope to be able to go back.
