Great Spa Experience

We made the Just Wellness Program - 2 days/1 night, with an excellent price/quality ratio. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, although the bathroom is already quite dated (still has a bathtub and shower curtain). The food at the restaurant was fantastic, both at dinner and breakfast. The spa was very good, but the facilities are quite old-fashioned. The staff is very friendly, both in the hotel and in the spa. It's a pity that the surrounding area of the park is so abandoned. It deserved to be the target of renewal and dissemination because it has a huge tourist potential.

Very potential but...

Space with enormous potential. Generous and attractive areas. Lake, gardens, paths, maintenance circuit, thermas... So much to enjoy. But unfortunately it seems that your time is over a few decades ago. The whole space is "forgotten" and "badly dressed". It reminds someone who was already important, but who over the years has been forgotten and put aside. It's a pity. Regarding the hotel, although it presents a washed face, you can still see the weather marks inside with some walls that need treatment. The tranquility is guaranteed and, being nothing striking, the room serves perfectly. Nice breakfast in a salon with charm and personality. Service that doesn't blink, even though the staff are friendly.

Horribly outdated hotel.
Of the 3 lifts, only one works.
The hotel is not safe. The fire detection is down and the emergency exits / staircases are full of mattresses and are therefore blocked. In addition, everyone is placed on the 2nd floor. The distance from the only free kick/lift to the furthest used room is more than 150m without escape route.
This is really not responsible.
The rest of the accommodation is not available : swimming pool with green water, bar without staff, billiards without balls, wifi that constantly switches off etc.
For this they would have to admit money. A shame!!!

Weak...

Rooms in need of renovation, but functional. Service of reception little dedicated, very displicent and even uncorrect and diligent. Miserable breakfast Service, even one of the "If you want espresso coffee" has to pay 1 euro apart. Mesquinhice... Low Price quality ratio. Not coming back!
