12 hours in Doha

A unexpected stay in Doha due to missing out connecting flight. Arrived 01.30 staff were friendly, polite, professional and extremely helpful. Hotel room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Restaurant food was good with a choice from starters to desserts. Hotel is about a 10-15 minute stroll to the old town and Banana Island and around the same to the old port famous for the painted buildings. Thank you for a pleasant stay

The room was great and I had a good rest after a 16hr flight. Quick and easy to get to. The front desk staff at my checkin was amazing. I was happy to have been welcomed. The not so good the staff for the checkout. Not helpful, no nothing. Information about the shuttle i was told at checkin was not available. I wish I could have given this a 5 star overall review

Good cost benefit

Great location, close to the Souq and the main museums. Good room, clean and with comfortable bed. Simple breakfast without many options. Lack of maintenance in the academy. There were no towels, mattresses and water glasses.

Pleasantly surprised

I had a long layover in Doha so i needed somewhere to rest at a reasonable price. It was not far from airport in Uber. Good location. Clean. Pleasant staff. Very good value. Recommended.

I was staying at the hotel during Ramadan, so lunch wasn’t available at the hotel. I ordered a cheeseburger through room service that cost about $15 USD, but it didn’t have any cheese at all, and the beef patty was so overcooked that it was burnt. I ate about half of it, but it was so bitter that I ended up throwing the rest away.
