Amazing

The rooms and very clean. The staff is so friendly and nice and do everything they can to make the stay amazing and the breakfast was delicious and has a wide variety of options with fresh eggs in any way you like there cheese omelette is definitely my favourite and Rose & Emmy are the best always coming over to check if everything is good also comes to collect our used plates and give our ordered fresh waffles which are so fluffy

Perfect stay

We stayed at this splendid hotel last January, and our stay exceeded all expectations. The comfort offered by the hotel is truly above its official rating. The location is superb, right in the historic heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from Souq Waqif and the nearest metro station. It was easily reachable both by taxi from the airport and by metro with just one quick change. The room was bright, modern, and welcoming, equipped with every comfort: two bathrooms, a lounge area, two TVs, and large windows offering views of Doha’s skyline. The bed was huge, comfortable, and perfect for a restful night. The minibar, coffee machine, and all essential amenities made the stay even better. The rooftop pool was a highlight—unlike other hotels in Doha, it was fully sunlit, with a small jacuzzi, heated in winter, and sheltered from the wind by glass panels. There was also a bar, perfect for relaxing moments. The breakfast was absolutely superb—plentiful, catering to both Western and Middle Eatern tastes.
The staff was a true asset, especially in the breakfast room—kind, attentive, and rare with their warm, spontaneous smiles. Hot beverages were served both self-service and at the table, with freshly baked goods, both sweet and savory, for all tastes. The reception staff was also welcoming, offering refreshing drinks upon return, and, overall, we were completely satisfied with every member of the hotel team. We will definitely return during our next stay in Doha, and the value for money at this hotel is absolutely perfect.
A special thanks goes to Cherry Beth Alcaria, Assistant Director, Sales, for her kindness, hospitality, and empathy in keeping us informed about the situation and how it was being experienced within the city, in a delicate context.
We definitely recommend this Hotel and suggest eveyone to visit the wonderful city of Doha !

Our favorite hotel staycation!

Amazing hotel choice for family staycation that’s super clean, value for money, friendly staff and epic rooftop views and pool! Includes breakfast and afternoon snacks! Extra thank you to these staff: RHEA, ALIZA, DAISY, JUNIOR, IKRAM and the lifeguard(forgot his name). They made our stay extra special. We truly had so much fun

Hotel with great value and having most of the advanced equipment in the rooms, great view offering the rooms like of lively Souq Waqif and Doha Skyline especially in the night surely you will enjoy the view.

Review of room 1112

We stayed here from May 8–11 and overall had a very good experience.
The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. The hotel is conveniently located between Souq Waqif Station and National Museum Station, although we personally mostly used Souq Waqif Station. Getting around Doha by metro is incredibly easy, affordable, and efficient—day passes cost very little, and with the metro (plus the occasional tram connection), you can comfortably reach most major parts of the city.
The hotel is also well positioned for sightseeing. Souq Waqif is easily accessible and is an absolute must-visit in Doha, as is the iconic spiral-shaped Fanar Islamic Cultural Center nearby. There’s also a supermarket close to the hotel, although we didn’t end up using it.
Getting here from the airport is straightforward. You can either take the metro with one transfer for a very reasonable price or simply use Uber/taxi, which was also surprisingly affordable.
We stayed in a suite, and the room size was more than sufficient. The beds were comfortable, there was a fridge, plenty of power outlets, and overall the room felt quiet and comfortable. Street noise was not an issue at all, and even the nearby calls to prayer were very muted and never disturbing. Everything was clean, water pressure was excellent, although the hot water could have been a bit hotter. The air conditioning also started acting up on our final night, but since we reported it in the morning before leaving, it didn’t really affect our overall impression.
Breakfast was genuinely excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. The selection was not huge, but it was very well chosen, high quality, and more than sufficient for us. We especially appreciated the multiple egg preparation options, which was a nice touch.
The pool area was another big plus. It was never overcrowded during most of our stay, and the cooler pool water was actually refreshing in Doha’s climate. There is also a smaller warmer jacuzzi-style pool, which was a nice touch.
The only slightly less positive point was the staff interaction. Everyone was perfectly professional and efficient, but compared with some other hotels, the service felt a little more formal and emotionally distant rather than especially warm.
For the price we paid, this hotel offered excellent value, likely helped by the regional situation at the time. We would happily stay here again.
