⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Kingsgate Hotel

I recently stayed at Kingsgate Hotel and had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping team ensured everything remained spotless each day.
The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. It made getting around the city simple and stress-free.
I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it was peaceful, secure, and ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Worst hotel 1 star if lucky..

Worst hotel doesnt even qualify as 3 star.. bed sheets stained even if washed and holes, changed rooms same sheets worn out no amenities had to ask for towels poor quality no face towels .. terrible condition of bathroom, paid for breakdfast package their restaurant is closed and take away breakfast with no choice provided.. waste of money

A pleasant stay

It was wonderful spending over two months at this hotel. Eveything was excellent, a highly professional and welcoming team, and top-notch service' not to mention the spa and the pool. I highly recommend it

Excellent Experience

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is consistently excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the next room category at no extra charge. That was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and outstanding service. I truly appreciate it and look forward to staying with you again. I highly recommend it.
