Good transit hotel.
Due to Middle East flight cutbacks, my Qatar Airways SGN-to-JFK layover via DOH stretched from 3 to 9 hours. Fortunately, Qatar provided a free stopover at the Oryx Airport Hotel inside Hamad International Terminal. The check-in staff was incredibly efficient and welcoming. Despite being inside a busy airport, the room had excellent soundproofing, allowing me to sleep perfectly from midnight until 6:00 AM. A highly convenient saving grace for a stressful flight disruption.

The overall stay was wonderfully pleasant. The room was very big and clean and the hotel was overall very clean. Bathroom was very clean and spacial as well but the only issue I had was with the toilet bowl itself. The toilet was unbearable to the point that I literally chose to go down to the public bathroom in the Maha lounge. The management should be made to sit on the toilet to understand how uncomfortable and painfully the toilet is.

Compared to the Airport Hotel in Istanbul Airport (Yotel Airside), its only average. The rooms are a bit dated and when I aaked for ice cubes they said they don't any.

It was A nice experience in this hotel. I was very happy and staff is very polite and especially Mr. Shamal. He helped me lot and he connect the wifi and Ac also. Thanks A lot. Next time I will definitely come to qatar and stay here.
