I have used them a couple of times and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is good value for money. teas, coffee & biscuits, soup and fresh towels and water provided in the room.

The hotel part of the property is closed with only the bar open. The business was sold 3 months ago. The new owner seems nice. When we arrived we were politely informed that there was no room for us or anyone else. We booked 5 months ago and no one told us that we had been cancelled 3 months ago.

Good for a bed and a drink

Situated in the Bridge of Don this was a somewhat tired hotel but with a very engaging and helful manager and the bar was frequented by friendly locals.
However, our room door would not lock (but shut tight so seemed locked) and the window would not close properley. The room was rather small and we could not get the TV to work (should probably have asked - but the wifi was good so used that). Food was not provided, but the Crema Cafe was a short walk in one direction (a nice breakfast) and the Brig O'Don restaurant in the other direction, where we had dinner.
In summary, a functional place to lay ones head for a night but without most of the amenities one expects at a hotel

It has seen better days. Shower only worked with a small red switch next to the bathroom which we had trouble finding, Water was either cold or scalding hot, Bed was too short for a 1.80 m Person + mattress old. Sheets were clean. Windows did not close.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Noisy till early hours and whole place needs refurbishing. Internet terrible in room. Room small but clean & functional. Quite a way from city centre but excellent bus service
