Cozy place to stay with exquisite breakfast

A beautiful B&B with super-friendly and helpful hosts, cozy rooms, parking facilities and exquisite breakfast, offering a variety of freshly cooked meals (including vegetarian). The City Center ist downtown just a 10-15 min walk away and the Pub Bear Inn nearby a recommendation for a really good dinner. Only minor inconveniences such as a lack of a safe or AC in room (reckon it could be quite hot in sunny summer season)

Couldn't have asked for more

Me and my mum stayed here for two nights in room 12 (twin).
Location - quiet on a road off a main road. On a steep hill but busses run on the main road. Close to town to walk in and out
Room 12 - entire b&b including the room was immaculately clean and tidy. Decorated in a clean modern way which still feels cosy.
Room 12 is top of the building (2 flights of stairs) and did get warm but a fan was provided and they had windows open before arrival to ensure it was aired.
Water, tea and coffee all supplied in room and fresh milk is available from the dining room
B&b - staff were all fantastic. Arrived an immediately given a map and recommendations. Breakfast was fantastic both days with plenty of options! If you feel peckish then cereal is available all day. Parking available on site but its tight for SUVs.
Would return again!!!!

Grays was excellent in all respects. Visitors should be happy with a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bath and a 30 minute walk back. Alternative taxis & Uber are convenient and relatively inexpensive.

A very nice place to stay in Bath.

A warm to a well styled and clean boutique b&b and a well aired and cool room awaited us with a pedestal fan in operation. The town centre is about a fifteen minute walk down hill from the property and it is worth going to the railway station to catch a cab back up to the b&b. A very nice breakfast was served in a very pleasant orangery styled breakfast room. A very good place to stay and Bath was great.

Excellent from start to finish!

Absolutely excellent from start to finish. We had a delightful stay. Lovely, friendly welcome and our room was beautiful. Light, airy, tastefully decorated and most important spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing as well. The most delicious freshly cooked breakfast I’ve had in a long time. We had a great nights sleep and will definitely be back the next time we have a trip to Bath. Just wish I knew what the mattress was because it was soooooo comfortable we could do with one like it at home!!!
