Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your stay was disrupted by noise and that this impacted you having a good nights sleep. A restful stay is an important aspect of any hotel stay and I understand how frustrating it must have been to experience this. This is not the experience we wish are guests to have. I am also disappointed to rad that the bed size did not meet your expectations.
