The stay was wonderful. We were lucky enough to meet Adrian at the reception; he was attentive to our needs at all times and gave us excellent recommendations. He was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is well-located—not too far out—with comfortable beds and a perfect shower. Highly recommended; we would definitely stay here again.

Positive review

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Ibis Belfast Queen’s Quarter. Adrian and Badrul made our visit so comfortable with their outstanding service — truly 10/10! The pizza we ordered for dinner was delicious, and the breakfast in the morning was fresh, tasty, and perfectly prepared. Everything felt welcoming and well looked after. Highly recommend this hotel and especially these two gentlemen for their excellent care. We really appreciated it!

A Wonderful Stay at Ibis Belfast

I had a lovely stay at Ibis Belfast. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What made my experience even better was the amazing staff.
they were all friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
A special thank you to Adrian & Badrul for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay. Also, Badrul deserves a mention for making such a delicious pizza
it was one of the highlights of my visit!
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Belfast!

Rude experience

I stayed here with my family and the stay and service was going great however my kids got sick from a pizza that ate and it was clearly undercooked as the dough was mulchy in the middle, when I brought this to the manager on duty at the time during the night they immediately became confrontational and accusatory. I gave my email for a follow up and have received nothing back. Won’t stay here again although the service from the other staff members was great.

I am very sorry to hear that your children became unwell during your stay, and that when you raised your concerns, you felt the response from the Manager on Duty was confrontational and accusatory. I am also disappointed to learn that, despite providing your email address for follow-up, you have not received any correspondence from us.
Please be assured that this is not the standard of service we aim to deliver to our guests. While I am pleased to hear that the service you received from our other team members was positive, I completely understand how these issues would have overshadowed your family's stay.
