Central, but worn out.

I spent two nights in June at the DoubleTree Ten Square in Belfast and was not impressed. I arrived at the hotel after noon, and my booked room was not ready, so I left my suitcase and went out; the ladies at the reception did not look for another available room. When I returned around 3 PM, 'my' room was then available, and my suitcase was already there. I was assigned a triple room consisting of a queen-size bed and a single bed; traveling alone, it was a really strange upgrade, as I had booked a standard double room. My bathroom was very large and bright, but I could not understand why shampoo and shower gel were mounted at shower height in the bathtub. My room was worn out; the wallpaper was peeling, the bed was sagging, and unfortunately, it was not very clean; I found trash from previous guests behind the hand soap in the bathroom, and the shower was quite calcified. Although it was supposed to be a quiet room, I found it quite loud; the windows only partially muffled the street noise, and it was very noisy towards the hallway. The Wi-Fi did not work for me at first; it turned out that the lady at the reception entered my name incorrectly into the system, and there was no apology. The breakfast was very unloving; you could order à la carte, the respective plate was ready in minutes, and there were no sauces available. The continental breakfast at the buffet was tiny, and the bread on Saturday was hard, dry, and at least a day old. Given the positive reviews, the price, and the fact that it is a 4-star Hilton, I expected significantly more.

Disappointed in that room had no mirror anywhere near where one could use a hair dryer and no drawers for clothing. Breakfast excellent. Room and common areas clean,

Excellent stay

Recently spent 3 night here and it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is centrally located and our spacious room overlooked the CIty Hall. The room was well appointed, the hot water plentiful. Breakfast in the dining room provided a variety of dining options. Kate in the dining room was especially gracious.

Excellent central location ….. rooms are spacious and very clean …..staff are friendly and very helpful …. Breakfast reasonable you get a continental buffet however your hot breakfast you choose from the menu 8/10 for quality great roof top bar
