Excellent Stay

We had a fantastic stay here. Great communication with the owner, easy self check in, and comfortable room. Convenient for the city centre - just a short walk. The breakfast was outstanding, Jordana was helpful and friendly and is a credit to the establishment. Thank you!

Save your money.. not worth it

Very disappointed with this so called Boutique. We purchased a voucher off living social which included a gift basket of chocolates on arrival.. never received them , also we had asked by phone for a twin room when arrived we were given a standard double and when we we quered it we were told we could be moved for an additional 30 pounds . We paid the additional money as we wanted single beds .. I would not go back or recommend it customer service is atrocious.

Outstanding Gem of a Hotel

We could not have loved our experience more. A perfect cross between an Airbnb and a B&B, everyone was lovely, attentive and always accommodating. Due to my error, I first trudged my family to the Titanic Hotel only to realize that was not where we were staying. Once we arrived here and settled in, we were sooo much happier than we would have been. It’s a rare jewel.

Worst customer experience ever

Extremely disappointed with the service, we were booked to stay for 11 people including families and friends. We were strangled in front of the door and in cold weather for 2 hours, the response afterwards from the owner was also hideous mentioning they didn't get any calls. Please check with booking. com before making a booking here, even booking. com call agents couldn't get through to the property staff. Very unprofessional and ruined our long awaited trip for good

Titanic Guest Hotel- The hidden gem of Belfast- a must place to stay

This Guest Boutique is a hidden gem. The building is amazing, along with the owners and staff.
The bedrooms are lovely and we have never slept on such comfortable beds& pillows. Tea coffee and biscuits refreshed daily, plus a descent hair dryer. Plenty of space for clothes. Heating was on all day, if needed.
We had a ground floor accommodation with disabled bath room. Interior decoration an fittings were ultra modern.
The guests lounge was stunning and comfortable, lovely area to relax.
There is a lovely ultra modern dinning area and kitchen, where to can cook meals if you wish with every you require to cook with.
The kitchen has dish washer Washing machine/dryer.
There is a two tiered patio along with tables chairs and plants.
Although not in middle of Belfast city centre it is ideally placed.
Titanic experience/museum restaurants, leisure centre's clubs pubs shopping a plenty all 10 mins on the bus or 5 mins taxis most seating 6 people.
At the moment Belfast city centre is a winter wonderland.
The Titanic Guest house is the place to stay, forget the high rise hotels. Plus only 10 minuets drive from Belfast city Airport.
