Great place to stay. Very central with restaurants and bars near by. Immaculate decor and cleanliness. Only thing I would say is it was quite noisy and was very warm. Would stop again though.

Birthday weekend

Stayed with my girlfriend yesterday & to be honest I wasn’t impressed.
Myself & my girlfriend found the bathroom stuffy & very hot.
Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were a complete waste of time seemed very cheap (flat & very uncomfortable)
Extremely loud noise until the early hours which meant all windows had to be closed which is not acceptable during the summer.
Myself & my girlfriend found it very strange that the corridors had air conditioning but our room didn’t.
TV was a joke aswell, cables hanging down which is not acceptable for a “luxury apartment” couldn’t really hear the tv due to the excessive noise outside..
The apartment was described as “luxury” sorry to say I think this is false advertisement as it was far from luxurious, I’d say nice but nothing special…
My advise if you want a quiet/comfortable nights sleep is look elsewhere

Overall a lovely apartment in a beautiful building and centrally located. Clean, well equipped kitchen.
4 stars because the window blinds starting to get worn out and the bathroom was really a bit too small with no screen to stop water getting everywhere.

Lovely apartment, had everything you need. The welcome was okay but given that it was my first time there it would have been nice to have a bit more information. Also the picture of the exterior of the apartments didn't look like the same place, (the pictures show a cafe/restaurant below ) so I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. I would definitely stay again. Nice to have White Company lotions!

Everything is good
5 mins walking distance from New Street station .
Very very convenient
Heating system good
You got everything you need
Owen,microwave, fridge,tools etc
Overall very good
The privacy were perfect nothing to complain
Can't believe I've find a gem in birmingham centre .
