Fantastic Afternoon tea and service from Juliet
Me my mate and my 3 year old returned again for another fantastic afternoon tea. The food is always so nice and fresh, and presented pretty! In all honesty we chose to return here over another hotel due to the exceptional service from Juliet. Juliet is just the best! She is so attentive and we “play her up” with our long list of dietary requirements Juliet always goes above and beyond to provide first class service. She is such a joy and a credit to Novotel. Also special thanks to Jaspal who was very attentive in looking after us after Juliet left for the day and ensured we were well stocked with “supplies”. I would definitely recommend the afternoon tea at Novotel. We have been at least 10 times and plan to go again to see the highlight of Juliet’s presence.

Rooms were clean, great breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would have been nice to have aircon or at least a fan in the heatwave but our room had neither so was very hot and made it difficult to sleep.

Well looked after, with a lovely afternoon tea
What great customer service! I am a very fussy diner, however they were really helpful and provided alternatives sandwiches for me! And loads of tea, with regular check-ins!

Great experience
Another great time having afternoon tea. Had the option to go to other hotels for the booking however we specifically returned here because of Julet and her amazing hospitality. She is so friendly and welcoming and does her best to meet our very picky dietary requirements. Jaspal is also so kind and helpful! Food and drinks were fab, another great experience!

Highly recommend
We stayed there for 3 intervals. The hotel allowed us to store our baggages with them which saved a lot of hassles for me and my husband.
The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The receptionist was very helpful. They would go extra mile to accommodate our request.
Will definitely come back to this hotel if we are in town.
