Lovely licckle hotel

Loved this licckle place. Me and myself came here in the march of 2025 to adventure around the tropical paradise that is blackpool and north preston itself. Fella on desk is a propper ledge and didn't fail to satisfy me hotel needs. Lovely clean room and even included a cold plunge (the shower before the boiler was turned on in the morning). Located in a lovely residential terraced house with lovely views of Lonsdale street cant beat waking up to that. Proppa bosh stay and highly recomend however dont advise young kids in this hotel, upstairs bedrooms may feel a licckle cozy.

We have no words for this place

Shocking , I have no words to describe this place . We waited two hours for the Manager we got there at 4pm check in time , phoned him 50 times .A male worker opened the door for us to wait in the hallway,We heard nothing he turned up at 6, 15 wanting us to kiss his feet like he was the one doing us the favour then he started shouting who let us in I tried to explain he ran upstairs shouting booting someone's door we think. It got worse the bedding was dirty, the room was absolutely disgusting, no cups no towels, tops were filled with mess and sticky the bathroom crap and blood all over the shower curtain and walls toilet caped in with crap obviously not been cleaned for months we have photos we have forwarded these to Health and Hygiene at Blackpool Council. Carpets not vacuumed for years the place stunk of weed the Street OMG motorbikes, up and down , Lasses loud and pissed , piles of rubbish in garden . We left we found somewhere much better to stay they gave us info who to contact I have never heard of seen a hotel manager behave like this , such a poor state off accommodation anywhere we looked it up it belongs to MY ROOMZ tried to contact them directly with no luck we will keep trying.

Stay anywhere else it'll be better

Blackpool has hundreds of places that offer accomodation choose any other and you'll be making a smart decision
We arrived at check in time and the door was locked, after twenty minutes we finally got let in by a rude obnoxious guy who looked like he had only just got out of bed, because he had, he stated he had slept in it was four in the afternoon and the rooms weren't ready so come back in an hour and tried to refuse to offer a refund
Booking.com refunded us and we stayed elsewhere do yourself a favour pick a different accomodation

Scam hotel

Said online the host would meet at the hotel, i arrived and nobody was there, tried calling several times with no answer. There was a couple waiting as well and they'd said it had happened to them before at this hotel. Then the owners had the cheek to say they were there waiting and put me down as a no show so I wasn't even given a refund. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to lose money

Needs a lot doing to it

The bloke who runs Coco Beach Guest House does it on his own, His wife is disabled he gets no help with cleaning or maintaining the property however saying that the place is grubby and dirty, needs a good deep clean, decorating, needs new furniture, and new furnishings , there is a thief who lives there we were told to keep our doors locked she takes anything thats not bolted down for her habit i would kick her out. The Guest House it's self is on a rough ST full of rubbish and loud people, no parking space, no internet, would not recommend no bar Jay sleeps in it cause he has no bedroom.
